It is complete craziness that it’s the middle of July already but here we are! I have always felt that after the Fourth of July, the summer just goes by so quick. When it comes to summer there’s nothing better than a pool day, watermelon, grilling out! But our ideal summer weekend honestly consists of a beautiful wedding or two! The warm sun, guests in their best sun dresses, and golden hour photos have our heart. Our June weddings were full of love and we wanted to share a little bit of our favorite parts of each special day!
First-
We kicked off June with S & T, the sweetest most genuinely in love couple. They had such a cool venue that we really got to play with and make our own! Plus it was right on Lake Michigan! It was a very historic venue and had different levels to keep ceremony space and reception space separate. The reception space was so cool- we felt like we were in a secret garden. It was a great space to work with and very customizable. We loved every minute of it and it was so fun to see the love this couple naturally exuded. Tache Productions captured their special day.
Lastly-
Our second June wedding was another for the books. A picture perfect country club, beautiful bride & groom, plus the PERFECT sunny Saturday. L & B have the sweetest love story & we’re honored to have been a part of it – they’ve known each other since preschool! It doesn’t get much cuter than that. Looking back at their special day they had so many precious moments. The father of the bride’s first look is always one of my favorites. This one was just so sweet and it was evident how much they mean to each other. Another tear jerking moment was dad giving the bride away to the groom. The groom was so happy to be receiving this ultimate gift of his new wife, while dad was so proud of his daughter & bittersweetly “giving her away”. Christie Elizabeth Photography captured these heartfelt moments so sweetly.
